׳Butterflies of Peace׳
Video Clip to a Song
I had the honor of editing the video clip for the beautiful, touching song “Butterflies of Peace” by Tomer Lavion.
While the lyrics have their own say, and the variety of instruments participating creates a piece, the editing process was woven frame by frame, with the intention of adding another layer of meaning and visual dimension to the experience.
The song was written shortly after the October 7th events, following the murder of the late Niv Raviv and Nirel Zini, who lived in Kfar Aza in the Dor Tzair neighborhood. It is dedicated to them and their family, to Tomer’s brother and his sister-in-law, who was a dear friend of the late Niv, and to all the fallen, the murdered, and the heroes.
