ERAN provides Lifesaving Emotional First Aid Services, offering initial response and emotional support on the phone and online while maintaining strict confidentiality and anonymity. 

The redesign process of their calls center web app aimed to simplify the user interface for the volunteers and the managing team. One challenge was adjusting the interface design to users from a wide age range including elders.

I am happy that I could provide my small part by creating a clear & accessible interface that is one of the foundations for their daily operation which summed up in the amazing contribution to the individual and the society.
